If you love sea food, then you can’t say that prawns aren’t your favorite. Here’s a super quick recipe of chili garlic prawns that you can serve fresh within 10 minutes!
• 2 tsp. Olive oil
• 4 minced garlic
• 1 kg. deveined prawns
• 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
• Chopped coriander
• Red chili paste
• In a wok or a pan, heat olive oil (you can also add butter to the oil to make it creamier and flavorful). Heat the oil over medium heat and add minced garlic to it.
• Once garlic is cooked, add fresh chili paste to it. Season this mixture with salt and lemon juice.
• Add deveined prawns to the mixture and let all the paste get over it. Cook the prawns for no more than 7 minutes. Tip: The prawns will change color and will curl up when cooked.
• Serve the chilly garlic prawns with rice and top it off with chopped coriander.
