•Almond or coconut milk (any vegan milk you prefer)
Put arrowroot powder, a pinch of sea salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add vegan milk to the powder and whisk thoroughly to avoid any lumps in the batter. Add eggs to the batter and mix properly. Drizzle coconut oil on a non-stick pan and when heated enough, pour the batter and spread it into an evenly in a circle. Let it cook on one side, then flip over the other side.
Eat as it is or with your favorite dip or sauce!
